The Facts:
It's the question that will likely linger around the Eagles until the regular season begins in September. Who is the Eagles' QB1? When they held their first practice under new HC Chip Kelly on Tuesday, April 16, it was a dead heat between Michael Vick and Nick Foles. They both received first-team reps at the Eagles' voluntary minicamp on Tuesday, with newcomer Dennis Dixon taking some as well. "It's even. They both [Vick and Foles] took reps with the ones," Kelly said. "The depth chart for us is not a big deal. … The depth chart is more of a seating chart than a depth chart."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Vick began last season as the Eagles' clear-cut No. 1. Foles, a rookie third-round pick, was his backup until taking the job when Vick was injured late in the season. Right now, they are the most likely options to win the starting job -- assuming the team doesn't draft a signal caller. For now at least, the two-man race for the job begins. Vick and Foles were primarily behind center as the first-team offense went through installation sessions. Working with maybe 15 percent of Kelly's offense, it was mostly a learning experience for the ever-changing No. 1 QB. "They rotated," Kelly said. "There wasn't one set guy that just went with the ones the entire way. All those guys got an opportunity." Kelly made it a point Tuesday that the depth chart at this point means very little. "First team means nothing to us. It's how many reps can you get," Kelly said. "I don't care if you were first-team reps, second-team reps, third-team reps, we don't grade you any differently."
