Jake Locker's Recovery Remains On Track
(4/23 12:10 PT)

The Facts:
Following up on a previous item. ... Locker reported for the start of the team’s voluntary workouts on Monday. He had surgery in January after suffering multiple dislocations of his left shoulder last season, when he missed five games. “I’m feeling great,” Locker said during a press conference. “I got to see the doctor last week and he said he’s really happy with my progress. He allowed me to do everything but get hit basically, so I am getting back into it and excited about it.”  Reported by the Nashville Tennessean

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Locker, who wore a sling for four weeks after the surgery, said he “definitely” plans to take part in the team’s on-field activities in June. “I am making sure that I ease back into a little bit so if I am doing some kind of overcompensating with my right arm I am not going to go out and do something to hurt it and set me back,” Locker said. “I am just being smart with how I kind of get back into it whether I feel good or not. ...” Remember: The Titans plan to add some read-option elements to their scheme. Locker hasn't proven to be the most durable guy so making sure he's fully healthy before throwing him into the fray is the wise move.
