Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
A very interesting pick given the landing spot. According to his
NFL.com scouting report, without Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin III throwing him the ball in 2012, Williams used his size, quick feet, speed to be a playmaker for the Bears. He had 957 receiving yards, 11 TD as a junior in 2011 and led the entire country in receiving yards his senior year. It might take time for him to learn a full route tree in the NFL, but he's a big, fast receiver with great body control who is also a willing and able blocker. Given Miles Austin's history of health issues and the Cowboys' strong passing attack (not to mention the emergence of players like Laurent Robinson in supporting roles in Dallas), Williams is worth watching this summer. Remember: Kevin Ogletree is no longer around the No. 3 spot is wide open.
