NFL.com scouting report, Bailey showcases tremendous physicality in his routes and uses his hands and body to create separation. He's a very reliable target, volume catcher. Bailey lacks the ideal size and speed of an outside receiver. However, what he lacks in terms of measurables, he makes up for with reliable hands, physicality, and superb body control. Will provide depth behind Austin, Chris Givens and Brian Quick.
