Not a huge surprise given the fact that Green Bay drafted two of the top running backs available in this year's draft in Eddie Lacy and Jonathan Franklin. ... Remember, the Packers were without a 1,000-yard rusher for a third straight season, their longest drought of significant productivity in nearly two decades. Starks had a couple good performances last November, but then was felled by a knee injury that added to his injury history as a pro.
