Kubiak, Johnson Downplay Arian Foster's Injury
(5/29 12:41 PT)

The Facts:
Following up on a previous item. ... Foster left practice early with a leg injury on Tuesday at Texans OTAs. HC Gary Kubiak said it was a strained calf. "We'll go get it looked at," Kubiak said. "It's always concerning. You're trying to get better out here, work everybody. We'll see what's wrong, see what happens." Reported by HoustonTexans.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Foster was injured on the first play of team drills. The three-time Pro Bowl running back was taken across the street to Reliant Stadium on a golf cart with ice on his leg. Wide receiver Andre Johnson, who has dealt with an assortment of hamstring and knee injuries in his 10-year NFL career, said he did not think Foster's injury was significant. "I don't think it's anything serious where anybody should be worried or something like that," Johnson said. "I think if it was, he would've said something. You can tell when it's something serious. I've been around it long enough. So, I'm sure he'll be fine. Just give him a little rest; he'll be back out there. ..." Sounds about right. But we'll continue to follow along closely.
