The Facts:
The Vikings agreed to terms with Robinson on a three-year contract agent Alvin Keels said just before midnight. Terms were not immediately available, but the deal prevented Robinson from entering free agency when the market opened last night.

No real surprise here. ... The team had already made it clear they would match any offer Robinson received; keeping the situation from getting to that point made sense. In addition to putting his off-field problems behind him, Robinson finished with 22 receptions for 347 yards and a touchdown. He also earned a Pro Bowl berth as a return specialist.
