Conflicting statements from the St. Augustine Police Department notwithstanding, the question of whether Jones-Drew will face charges for allegedly punching a security guard depends on the quality of the evidence supporting that conclusion. The lawyer for the security claims that the evidence is clear. “The videos, in addition to eyewitness accounts, unequivocally prove Jones-Drew attacked the security officer without provocation,” lawyer Greg Anderson said in a statement, via Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
