The Facts:
Two weeks into OTAs, Griffin has begun to ramp up his exertion level as he recovers from major knee surgery. Earlier this week, he ran two miles at Redskins Park. And on Thursday, the Redskins' quarterback completed a series of sprints from sideline to sideline alongside rookies Jordan Reed and Chris Thompson, both of whom are also recovering from knee injuries.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Although Griffin won’t be cleared to start “explosive sprinting” for another two weeks or so, but CSNWashington.com's Tarik El-Bashir reports the QB noticeably cranked up the pace during the sideline-to sideline workout. “I was kind of explosive sprinting there a little bit,” he joked. Griffin added: “This next month will be the month where I start doing the explosive sprinting and explosive cutting. It will be good to be doing that stuff … before camp so that I’m ready to go.” Griffin described his approach to the arduous rehab process as “patiently aggressive" and "a journey." Clearly it's a journey we'll continue to watch closely.
