Justin Hunter Slowed By Sore Hamstring
(6/8 12:52 PT)

The Facts:
The second-round pick from Tennessee missed organized team activities again Thursday because of a hamstring injury. He hasn’t practiced since late last month. HC Coach Mike Munchak said he doesn’t want Hunter to suffer a setback by returning to practice too soon -- the Titans have four more days of OTA next week -- and OC Dowell Loggains expressed only limited concern. “I am not frustrated with it because we were able to see him in rookie mini-camp, and spent a lot of time evaluating him coming out,” Loggains said.  Reported by the Nashville Tennessean

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
But the Tennessean reports that Hunter’s fiery position coach, Shawn Jefferson, had a different take. “Justin needs to get his (butt) going,” Jefferson said. “Sometimes we have to fight through things. That’s how I was taught with Bill Parcells. If it ain’t broke, then I’m not hurt. This is a very crucial time. This is where we see the growth in the kid, where he gets used to going through some adversity. ..." According to Tennessean staff writer Jim Wyatt, Hunter looked good during rookie orientation early last month. ... We'll follow up as needed.
