TE Kellen Winslow isn’t the only veteran
who will try out for the Jets at their mini-camp next week. Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that wide receiver Sims-Walker will also be working with the Jets in hopes of landing a job with the club.

As PFT's Josh Alper, Sims-Walker did not play in the NFL in 2012, seeing his last action with the Rams and Jaguars during the 2011 season and catching 12 passes in six games with the two teams. Hard to argue with Alper's contention "that kind of layoff and Sims-Walker’s generally middling contributions would seem to make him a long shot to latch on with the club." But it is a shot. ...
