The Facts:
Lynch won't have a trial in California for his DUI case until December, at the earliest. Lynch's court date on a motion to suppress evidence in Alameda County Superior Court from his July 2012 arrest has been continued until Nov. 1, Alameda Assistant District Attorney Teresa Drenick told NFL Network and NFL.com.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
If the two sides cannot reach agreement, there will be a hearing to determine trial readiness on Dec. 27. The delay means Lynch is unlikely to have a trial until after the 2013 NFL season. As NFL.com's Chris Wesseling points out, because the NFL is reluctant to impose discipline before the legal process plays out, the Seahawks probably won't have to worry about losing Lynch to suspension during the season.
