The Eagles have waived Powell after he failed his physical, the club said Friday. Philadelphia was awarded Powell on waivers from Arizona on Wednesday. Reported by Profootballtalk.com

Meanwhile, the team moved rookie running back Matthew Tucker off the active/non-football injury list after he passed his physicals.
