Le'Veon Bell Working With First Team
(7/30 12:12 PT)

The Facts:
There were plenty of firsts Monday as the Steelers pulled on the pads for their initial contact drills of training camp, and Bell found himself No. 1 quite a bit in the afternoon practice.  Reported by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
According to Post-Gazette staffer Ed Bouchette, Bell went more often than any running back, 10 times, in the traditional RBs on LBs drill -- a pass-rushing, full-bore one-on-one confrontation pitting linebackers against blocking running backs. Then when the first offense took the field to end practice with 11 on 11, Bell was the halfback for four of the five plays, running on three of them. HC Mike Tomlin told the media after practice not to read anything into it, "but I'm sure you guys will run with it, so go ahead." As Bouchette suggests, that is what they hope Bell will be doing for much of the season, running with it, helping to improve their No. 26 ground game from 2012.
