Well, fantasy owners who already drafted Harvin might have been as anxious and excited, but that's a moot point. According to NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport, the estimated time table for Harvin’s surgery and recovery is 3-4 months. If Harvin can return in three months, that would be November. The decision for the Seahawks: Do place him on the PUP list and ensure Harvin misses at least six games?
