For the first time this summer, there was a no-doubt, clear-cut winner on the field in the Eagles' quarterback competition. Vick won the day by a mile.

While Vick was having a standout day, Star-Ledger staffer Jordan Raanan reports that Nick Foles looked average and Matt Barkley struggled. Raanan added that Foles has seemed to hit a speed bump in his attempt to win the competition. Ever since the pads went on Sunday he hasn't looked the same. He's held onto the ball a bit longer and been less decisive. Meanwhile, five practices in the books with the full team present, it's becoming clear that Barkley is likely a distant third in the QB race. Vick and Foles have split all the first and second-team reps. Barkley has done all his work with the third team. Dennis Dixon has appeared for less than a handful of snaps per day.
