As previously noted, the move appeared to be coming and now it's been made. The Ravens have announced an agreement with Clark.

We'll obviously be following up in coming days, but in the meantime we'll remind you that Clark only managed to pull in 47 passes for the Bucs last year, the first time he had played 16 games since 2009. It should be noted that he caught 100 passes in that 2009 campaign with the Colts, so as Profootballtalk.com suggested, he’s obviously a different player. That said, the Ravens clearly have a need.
