The Raiders have resumed talks with the Vikings but made it clear they aren't going to get into a bidding war with another team for Daunte Culpepper. If the Vikings are willing to talk to Oakland on their terms, then they will listen.

If indeed Oakland is interested again, it's likely because everybody but the Dolphins have stepped back from this one. And, depending on the outcome of their pursuit of Drew Brees, Miami could go by the wayside, too. If that happens, Oakland making a push doesn't seem like a tremendous reach.
