The Facts:
While Gronkowski is inching closer to playing, a source today said it was still "unlikely" that he would be ready to go in Thursday night's game against the New York Jets. That being said, Gronk has not been completely ruled out at this stage. He's still in the wait-and-see category, although, the chances still aren't great for him to play.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
At this time last week, it was a given. The Patriots knew he wasn't going to play against the Bills. This week, Herald staffer Karen Guregian reports there's an outside shot, albeit slim. At least, it's a slight upgrade. Gronk will have a better shot next week against Tampa Bay. Guregian went on to point out, the Patriots could really use Gronkowski's presence in the offense. In Sunday's 23-21 win over the Bills, Tom Brady only targetted his tight ends three times in the game, only connecting on one pass. He was intercepted on one throw that went off rookie Zach Sudfeld's hands.
