The Facts:
Reed suffered a quad contusion after taking a helmet to the leg in Sunday’s 27-20 loss to the Lions. “It’s real frustrating I couldn’t keep playing,” Reed said after the game. “I’ve got to come in [Monday] and see what kind of treatment I need.”

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Reed had taken over as the team’s primary pass-catching tight end with Fred Davis sidelined by a sprained ankle, and but left the game when he was hurt in the second half. Reed had five catches for 50 yards on six targets. Davis rolled his ankle on the last play of Friday’s practice, Shanahan said, and woke up Saturday morning experiencing some soreness and swelling. The Redskins listed Davis as questionable on Saturday. He tried to test out his ankle prior to Sunday’s game, but moved gingerly even while walking. Now we'll be awaiting updates on both. Stay tuned.
