Cruz has returned to action in the third quarter of today's game against the Eagles missing time to have his neck X-rayed.

Cruz was taken to the locker room after he was slammed to the ground by Eagles cornerback Bradley Fletcher after a catch. Cruz landed very hard after being lifted off the ground by Fletcher, although there was no flag thrown on the play. Cruz stayed down and then walked off the field into the locker room under his own power. And now he's back in the mix. ... We'll follow up as needed.
