The Lions may have lost Broyles to another season-ending injury. The initial diagnosis, according to HC Jim Schwartz is a ruptured Achilles. "There's a potential for that, yes," Schwartz said. "That's what we're looking at. If he does, that would be season-ending. That would be disappointing. Let's pray it's not."

The wide receiver had to be helped off the field after handing a punt early in the second half against the Cowboys. ... Broyles is coming off his second ACL tear in as many seasons and this would prematurely end his second consecutive NFL campaign. In six games this season, the former second-round pick has caught just eight passes for 85 yards. He was handling punts for the first time as a professional in the Lions' 31-30 win over the Cowboys.
