According to Seattle Times staffer Bob Condotta, HC Pete Carroll says not counting on Harvin playing this week. Reported by FootballDiehards.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Seattle has three weeks from when Harvin began practicing -- a week ago today -- to place him on the 53-man active roster. Carroll has said that will happen even if Harvin is not ready to play at that point. It remains to be seen if he'll be ready before then. ... Stay tuned.
