ongoing story. ... HC Mike McCarthy said in his post-game press conference there's been no exact determination on the left shoulder injury Rodgers suffered in Monday night's loss to the Bears. Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
"Just had a chance to speak with Aaron, he has a shoulder injury," McCarthy continued. "They want to run more tests. They don't have an exact diagnosis. ..." The fact that McCarthy couldn't give a specific update on the injury -- assuming Rodgers had X-rays during his trip to the locker room after he was hurt on the game's first series, might be a positive in an of itself. It seems likely they would know if any bones (like the collarbone) were fractured. It's also encouraging that Rodgers watched the end of the game from the sidelines. That said, nothing is certain and we'll try not to get too caught up in speculation. ... Meaning, we'll have more on this one -- hopefully something official and definitive -- Tuesday morning.
