The Facts:
Davis, who has been one of only two reliable pass-catching targets for the 49ers this year, left the field during Sunday's game against the Panthers before the half with a possible concussion. Davis hit the ground hard after what appeared to be a short catch and fumble near the goal line.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The 49ers already are without third tight end Garrett Celek, who hurt his hamstring in the first quarter and has been ruled out for the rest of the game. The team has one healthy tight end, rookie Vance McDonald; defensive end Demarcus Dobbs has played some tight end in the past but didn't do much in that regard this past offseason. Davis entered the game second to receiver Anquan Boldin in catches and receiving yards with 29 for 518 yards. His seven receiving touchdowns leads the 49ers.
