The Seahawks announced they have activated Harvin from the physically unable to perform list.

HC Pete Carroll said last week Harvin would practice more this week, and had previously indicated he was comfortable stashing him on the inactive list for a few weeks if he needed the time to recover from preseason hip surgery. The Seahawks had a better day in the passing game against the Falcons Sunday with Golden Tate, Doug Baldwin and Jermaine Kearse each making plays. As nice as that is, Harvin could add an element they’ve lacked most of the year, even while running out to a 9-1 record.
