Winslow was suspended by the NFL last month for violating the league's policy on performance-enhancing substances. He returned to the team last Monday, but the Jets received a roster exemption in which they had until 4 p.m. this Monday to decide whether to move him back to the 53-man roster. Winslow was dealing with a balky right knee at the time of the suspension, but says he feels 'fresh.' The Jets should also have Santonio Holmes back this week, further bolstering the receiving corps.
