Chiefs In No Hurry To Talk To Terrell Owens
(3/15 12:48 PT)

The Facts:
The T.O. watch got off to a slow start at Arrowhead Stadium. Not a single sighting of Owens, the controversial veteran wide receiver who became a free agent Tuesday when he was released by the Eagles. Herman Edwards said the Chiefs had no plans to meet with Owens. "We haven't had that conversation," Edwards said. "We haven't talked about it. We don't know what that situation is, so we'll just have to see."  Reported by the Kansas City Star

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
At this point, "wait-and-see" seems to be a popular approach. None of the interested parties -- including Kansas City, Denver and Dallas -- seem to be in a hurry to land the mercurial one. ... Stay tuned. Nothing is imminent, but we haven't heard the last of this one.
