John Fox will return Wednesday to Denver, according to a team source. Reported by the Denver Post

Fox has been on leave since undergoing heart valve replacement surgery Nov. 4 in Charlotte, N.C. He has been recovering at his offseason home in Charlotte, walking every day, watching game film and staying in communication with interim head coach Jack Del Rio. It has not been determined when Fox will return to coaching. The Broncos' medical team plans on monitoring his hours when returns. The Broncos were 7-1 before Fox's heart surgery and are 2-1 with Del Rio entering their game Sunday night against the New England Patriots.
