The fact that Foles remains the starter is not shocking. However, it's important that, after all his past posturing, Kelly sat firmly behind his young quarterback. Kelly had adamantly said he wouldn't make a decision on the future of the quarterback position until Michael Vick was healthy. That day finally arrived. Along with announcing Foles as his starter, Kelly said Vick will practice fully and hopes to be healthy enough to be the backup Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals. For the season, Foles has completed 63.6 percent of his passes, throwing for 1,554 yards with 16 touchdowns and zero interceptions. His stellar play has propelled the Eagles on a three-game winning streak and a tie for the NFC East lead. With the starter questions behind him, Foles can focus on the Cardinals, which will be far and away the best defense he's faced this season.
