We're talking about a player who suffered his first concussion on November 17 and sustained the next one on a Sunday before the short turnaround forced by a Thursday game. "They're not ruling Welker out, but it's very unlikely he'll play," Mortensen said. He's right. Fortunately, the Broncos have no shortage of targets this year.
