The Facts:
The Broncos have lost Miller for the season after tests Monday confirmed the star linebacker had suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Miller suffered the injury to his knee in the first quarter of the Broncos' 37-13 victory Sunday against the Houston Texans. Miller had five sacks in the 10 games he played, well below the standard he set in his first two seasons when he combined for 30 sacks and made the AFC Pro Bowl team each year. When Miller went down Sunday, he was replaced in the Broncos' base defense by strongside linebacker Nate Irving. And in the passing-down sub packages, the Broncos rotated Shaun Phillips, Robert Ayers and newcomer Jeremy Mincey into Miller's defensive end position. ... Surgery won't be scheduled for another two weeks or so. With a six-month recovery, there is hope Miller will be able to return for light practice at the start of the 2014 training camp in late July.
