The Dolphins (8-7) returned to practice Tuesday in preparation for their regular-season finale against the New York Jets (7-8). The biggest injury news was Miami starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill practiced.

Tannehill injured his knee in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s loss to the Buffalo Bills. Tannehill was sacked seven times against the Bills and had a sleeve on his left leg. In other injury news, Miami backup tailback Daniel Thomas (ankle) did not have his helmet in the portion of practice open to the media. He was either limited or out Tuesday.
