Sources within the Dallas Cowboys have told the KLBK-13 Sports Department that the Cowboys have signed Owens. Terms of his contract have not been disclosed. The Cowboys plan to announce the signing of Owens officially in a press conference on Monday.

Believe this one when you see it. Hard to imagine the Lubbock CBS television affiliate scooping the world on this -- and at this point nobody is picking this report up. In fact, Profootballtalk.com, citing an unnamed league source, is characterizing the report as "bogus." ESPNews, citing a "source close to Owens," is also calling the report erroneous. ...
