Bowe has received clearance to practice with the team. Adam Teicher of ESPN.com reports that Bowe still awaits clearance for Sunday’s game, however.

Bowe may not have played in Week 17 against the Chargers if he was healthy, but a concussion made that a moot point. There’s nothing moot about this week’s matchup with the Colts, though, and the Chiefs will want Bowe in the lineup to help them attempt to advance. We'll continue to track his progress through the league's concussion protocol in coming days.
