Michael Vick Wants To Start In 2014... For Someone
(1/2 12:7 PT)

The Facts:
Vick, who is not under contract beyond this year, is determined to once again be a starting QB somewhere. “I’m playing again next year, that’s the way I look at it,” Vick said. “I know at some point I’ll be back out there.” Reported by CSNPhilly.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Will there be a team that’s willing to give a shot next summer to a QB who turns 34 in June and hasn’t gotten through a season without missing at least three games with an injury since 2006? Vick says yes. “I don’t worry about it,” Vick said. “My skill set is still there, my arm is still there, my legs are still there, I’m still a playmaker, that’s evident. I think at some point, I’ll be playing somewhere.” But if Vick doesn’t get any nibbles as a starter, he’d certainly make a terrific No. 2 for the Eagles. While he made it clear that he wants to start next year and plans to start next year, Vick admitted a return to Philadelphia as Nick Foles' backup an option. "Yeah, if it doesn’t work out, if all else fails, absolutely,” he said. “You can never rule that out."
