But when Black Monday at the end of this season came and went without any major changes in Miami, it was starting to look like Ireland would be safe. Instead, a day after a major change came to the coaching staff with the firing of offensive coordinator Mike Sherman, an even bigger change has come to the front office. Ireland is done in Miami.
