The Facts:
Officially, Harvin fully participated in practice on Wednesday. That development comes one day after HC Pete Carroll said that the response of Harvin’s surgically-repaired hip to Tuesday’s practice will be critical to his ability to play — and less than two weeks after the Seahawks were within a day of placing Harvin on injured reserve.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Before Wednesday’s practice, QB Russell Wilson raved about Harvin, who hasn’t played since November 17. “[H]e looks unbelievable so far,” Wilson said, via Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times. Added receiver Golden Tate regarding Harvin: “He’s fast as beep!” As PFT's Mike Florio suggests, even if Harvin ultimately is a decoy, the Saints will have to account for him on Saturday, which will help an offense that as times has sputtered.
