Harvin took his first blow to the head on the Seahawks' first play from scrimmage; he subsequently returned after a trip to the locker room for further evaluation. His day ended, however, at the end of the first half when he bounced his head of the turf trying to pull in a Russell Wilson pass. As Profootballtalk.com's Michael David Smith notes, Harvin hasn't managed to play a full game without getting hurt since October 25, 2012.
