GM Martin Mayhew said Johnson had minor knee surgery last week and surgery on his finger this week.

According to DetroitLions.com's Tim Twentyman, Mayhew added the Johnson is recovering nicely from both. The knee injury sidelined Megatron for two games in 2013; the finger has been an issue the last two seasons. With the necessary repairs being made early, Johnson should be fully recovered in plenty of time for training camp and most likely the team's OTAs and other offseason sessions this spring.
