Post-Dispatch staffer Jim Thomas noted that despite earlier reports and speculation, Frerotte didn’t agree to terms with the Rams until shortly before 1 p.m. on Friday. Frerotte, 34, has spent his last three years playing for Scott Linehan, the Rams new head coach.
