Dobson has been battling a foot injury and was knocked out of the season-finale against the Buffalo Bills. He did not play during last week's win over the Indianapolis Colts. In addition, the Boston Herald reports that wide receiver Kenbrell Thompkins is also traveling with the team after suffering a concussion last week. Both players were listed as questionable on the injury report.
