Manuel told Tim Graham of the Buffalo News he had a minor procedure on his left knee recently, describing it as an “in-and-out.” He’s already rehabbing the knee.  Reported by Profootballtalk.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Manuel missed six games this season because of three separate knee problems, but played well at times. As PFT's Darin Gantt suggests, if Manuel can stay on the field, it would help his development as a pocket passer, which the Bills are committed to, saying they wanted to hire a quarterbacks coach to assist him. It wouldn't hurt if they added some talent and reliable depth to their receiving corps.
