The Facts:
Though Glennon ended the year as Tampa Bay's starting quarterback, new general manager Jason Licht is not ready to give him the starting quarterback job. “New coach, new regime, you can’t just hand the keys over and say this guy is our starter," Licht said. "You have to see what he is, and competition drives the best out of everybody. So, that’s what we’ll be looking for."
