On Monday, the Bucs re-signed Hilliard, a former Giant standout,who served as Tampa Bay’s third receiver in 2005. In keeping with team policy, the Bucs did not release details of the new contract.

A 10-year veteran, Hilliard became an unrestricted free agent when the new league year began on March 11. He had signed a one-year deal with Tampa Bay after playing his first eight seasons in New York. The new deal comes a day after he visited Houston.
