"My agent and titans front office had a talk yesterday and everything is still at a stand still so it's a waiting game while I continue to grind," Johnson advised his Twitter followers.

In other words, the update is there is no update. ... In case you haven't been following along, it's widely believed that Johnson will be released by the Titans if he's unwilling to accept a pay cut from the $8 million he's due in 2014. From all indications, Johnson isn't interested in that. With free agency on the horizon, decision time is coming. If Johnson isn't going to get the $8 million, the Titans might as well free it up for somebody who will.
