In a move that's been expected since last week, the Dolphins signed wide receiver/special teams ace Campbell on Monday.

Campbell will be reunited with Daunte Culpepper, who he played with in Minnesota from 2002-04. He was out of football in 2005. In 2004 he caught 19 passes for 364 yards and one touchdown as a backup. He also returned 35 kicks for 760 yards. His 18.6 yards per catch career average ranks as third-best in Vikings history. ... Although he's not a front-line player, Campbell adds significant speed to the team's receiving corps.
