Mendenhall hinted at retirement in a column published on the Huffington Post on Feb. 25. There was some skepticism when the column came out. It's certainly not what you'd expect to hear from a 26-year old unrestricted free agent. That said, Mendenhall is coming off a season in which he gained 687 yards on 217 carries, a sub-par 3.2 yards a carry. ... Stay tuned. We'll follow up as needed.
