Jaguars Agree To Terms With Toby Gerhart
(3/11 8:45 PT)

The Facts:
The Jaguars have agreed to terms with Gerhart, which could signal the end of the Maurice Jones-Drew Era in Jacksonville. The deal will be finalized once Gerhart arrives in town Wednesday. Reported by the Florida Times-Union

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
According to multiple reports, Gerhart's deal is worth $10.5 million over three years, with $4.5 million guaranteed. Gerhart turns 27 later this month and has spent his entire four-year career with the Vikings as the back-up to Adrian Peterson. Gerhart has 276 carries for 1,305 yards and five touchdowns and is expected to be part of a running back group that currently includes Jordan Todman and Denard Robinson. Jones-Drew remains a free agent and although the Jaguars haven’t closed the door on him, Times-Union staffer Ryan O'Halloran considers it unlikely MJD wants to be a part of competition that includes so many components.
