Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Tate spent his first four seasons with the Seahawks. He's shown steady statistical improvement each year, finishing with a career-best 64 receptions for 898 yards during Seattle's Super Bowl run last season. The 5-10, 202-pound Tate predominately lines up on the outside. He is known for great hands and ability to pick up yards after the catch. He will provide the Lions with a speedy complement to Calvin Johnson. Wide receiver was one of Detroit's top needs entering free agency and Tate was considered by most analysts to be one of the top names on the market.
